Our Community consists of 625.95 acres. Each member owns a 2 acre minimum sized lot for their custom built home.

Development

As of November 2021, there are 625.95 acres of land in Legend Hills, 378 improved parcel owners, 246 unimproved parcel owners, and 151 custom homes have been built in the association.

Our Association is growing – maturing with the rapid growth of our community.

Our community is located at the base of Mingus Mountain over looking Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Location

Take 89A North and just past mile marker 331 and use the turn lane to make a left onto Legend Hills Road.
