Mailbox Information

 If you are in need of a new mailbox key and number, please contact David Huber @ (707) 888-2920

The 4 mailbox locations are as follows:

  • Location #1 – Across the street from 9720 N. Legend Hills Rd. At the top of the hill on the east side of the street. This will service the NE quadrant of Legend Hills.
  • Location #2 – Just east of 14399 E. Explorer Lane on the south side of the roadway. This will service the NW quadrant of Legend Hills.
  • Location #3 – Mystic Sky Drive at Presley Lane. This will service the SW quadrant of Legend Hills.
  • Location #4 – Just east of 14625 E. Territory Drive on the south side of the roadway. This will service the SE quadrant of Legend Hills.

Please respect the private property on which the mailboxes are located.

Reminders:

All fencing, sheds and any other type of outbuildings require ARC approval prior to installation or building.  The ARC approval form can be found here: Documents & Forms

Please remember, with the summer months approaching Section 4.15 of the CC&Rs regarding animals.  All Manure shall be removed on a regular basis.

Board of Directors Meetings:

The BOD meetings have been regularly scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM via ZOOM. Information for upcoming meetings can be found on the Events Page.
